Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for goods, without giving any reason, under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

To exercise the right, email sales@services.justlaunch.online with your order number. Services that have been fully performed with your prior consent may be excluded.

We will refund via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
